Data Center TVRA Assessment

I need a seasoned TVRA professional to concentrate exclusively on the Threat Assessment portion of a larger study I am running for a Tier III data center. The scope is confined to identifying, quantifying, and prioritising threats that could compromise the facility’s availability, integrity, and confidentiality.

The work will involve examining data-center-specific risks—ranging from targeted cyber exploits against HVAC or BMS networks to physical threats such as intrusion, fire, water ingress, and supply-chain disruptions. I will provide you with basic architectural drawings, current control inventories, and historical incident records; from there I expect a clear threat register, likelihood-impact scoring, and a concise set of mitigation recommendations mapped to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-30, or an equivalent you are comfortable with.

To help me shortlist quickly, attach past work that demonstrates your experience with data-center or similarly critical-infrastructure TVRA projects. A sample threat matrix or an anonymised excerpt from a previous report is ideal.
