I'm seeking an experienced architect to create a minimum of three modern elevation design options for my building. I will provide the ground and first floor plans along with pillar locations.

Key Requirements:

• Modern architectural style
• Use of wood and concrete materials
• Neutral color scheme

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Strong portfolio in modern elevation designs
• Proficiency in using wood and concrete in designs
• Excellent color theory with a focus on neutral palettes
• Software proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
