Handheld Health Device Enclosure
Description
I need a production-ready 3D enclosure for a new handheld health & fitness gadget. The internal layout is already defined; your task XXXX XXXX translate it into an ergonomic, injection-moldable plastic shell that feels good in the hand and protects the electronics.
Inside the housing you must reserve space for: a battery pack, mini blower, ultrasonic mist atomizer, LEDs, and the main PCB. Proper airflow paths for the blower and atomizer, light-diffusing windows for the LEDs, and secure standoffs for the board are all essential. Overall size should remain palm-friendly, straightforward assembly with common screws or snap-fits.
I prefer a clean, contemporary aesthetic with subtle grip textures, and surfaces drafted for plastic tooling. Please model in SolidWorks or comparable parametric CAD and supply the native file along with universal STEP/IGES for handoff to manufacturers.
Deliverables: • 3D CAD model of the complete enclosure (top, bottom, seals, fasteners) • Exploded view or assembly instructions showing component placement • 2–3 high-quality renders illustrating form and user interaction
Final geometry should be ready for injection-molding DFM review; I will test-fit it on a rapid prototype, share feedback, and expect one refinement round before sign-off. Budget: INR 1500–12500 Skills: CAD/CAM, 3D Rendering, Solidworks, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Design, Product Design, 3D Design, 3D CAD
