Minimalist Home CAD Floor Plans

I have a residential project that now needs clean, well-layered AutoCAD drawings for both the ground floor and the first floor. The ground level must clearly lay out the living room and kitchen, all bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the garage and utility areas exactly to the dimensions and notes I will provide.

My overall brief is minimalist: crisp lines, efficient space planning, and no unnecessary ornamentation. You will receive my rough sketches and written specifications; I need you to translate them into fully dimensioned DWG files that read professionally and are ready for printing and further engineering work.

Deliverables • Ground-floor and first-floor plans in DWG and PDF • Proper layers, dimensions, door/window schedules, and north arrow • One round of minor revisions to ensure every detail matches the specification
