Small-Scale Swiggy/Zomato-Like Delivery App -- 2

Project Overview I want to create a delivery app like a small version of Swiggy/Zomato. The app should help customers order items, track delivery, and manage orders easily.

This project has 3 parts:

Customer App (Android) Delivery Boy App (Android) Admin Panel (Website Dashboard)

Features Needed Customer App using mobile OTP Save multiple addresses (Home, Office) View products by category Search and filter products Add/remove items in cart Apply coupons Multiple payment options: UPI (GPay, PhonePe) Cards Cash on Delivery Track delivery live on map Get notifications (order placed, out for delivery, delivered)

Delivery Boy App Signup with documents (ID, license) Online/Offline button Get new order notifications Accept or reject orders Navigation using Google Maps Update order status: Picked up Reached Delivered See earnings (daily/weekly)

Admin Panel Add/edit/delete products Manage prices and stock Track all orders Manage customers and delivery boys

Technical Requirements Backend: Node.js or Python Database: MongoDB or MySQL Maps: Google Maps API Hosting: AWS / Google Cloud / Azure
