Performance Marketing Strategist | Based in Gurgaon
Description
We are looking to hire a highly strategic and data-driven performance marketer for Siraa Health who can design and execute a sharp, hyperlocal marketing strategy focused on generating high-quality, conversion-ready patient leads for paediatric OPDs and developmental therapies (including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioural interventions, etc.). This role goes beyond basic ad execution—we need someone who can deeply understand patient (parent) intent, map local demand at a micro-market level, and build campaigns that capture high-intent searches rather than broad, low-quality traffic. The ideal candidate should be skilled in advanced keyword research and segmentation, identifying problem-specific and location-driven queries (such as developmental delays, autism concerns, ADHD symptoms, or “paediatrician near me” searches), and structuring campaigns that directly align with these needs. They should be able to create a well-defined acquisition funnel, optimize targeting across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, and continuously refine performance based on data—focusing not just on lead volume, but on lead quality, appointment conversion, and overall cost efficiency. Additionally, the person should be capable of suggesting improvements across the entire funnel, including landing pages, messaging, and follow-up flows, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into real consultations and treatments. We are specifically looking for someone who avoids a hit-and-trial approach and instead brings clarity of thinking, precision targeting, and a strong focus on measurable, scalable outcomes.
