Service Booking App, Website & Support

I’m launching a service-based platform similar in spirit to Urban Company and I need help turning the idea into a fully working product. The scope covers three layers:

• A responsive website that mirrors the core functionality of the mobile experience. • A native mobile app released on both iOS and Android. • Ongoing IT support once the product is live.

Core workflows include secure user sign-up / log-in, real-time appointment booking, and in-app payments, all tied to a clean service-provider marketplace flow. I’m open to the tech stack you’re most comfortable with—whether that’s Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin with a React or Next.js front-end—as long as the final build is stable, well-documented, and easy to maintain.

Deliverables

1. Wireframes or clickable prototype for web and mobile approval
2. Production-ready website hosted on my domain
3. iOS and Android builds published to their respective stores
4. Admin dashboard for user, booking, and payout management
5. After-launch support agreement covering bug fixes, minor enhancements, and server upkeep

Acceptance Criteria • Booking flow completes in under three taps from service selection to confirmation • Payments processed through a PCI-compliant gateway and settle correctly in test and live modes • App passes App Store and Play Store review without critical issues • All code repositories, environment keys, and build pipelines handed over at project closure
