Resize DST Embroidery Designs Precisely

I’m ready to hand over four existing DST embroidery files that need to be enlarged while still looking crisp once stitched out. The files and their new stitchable areas are:

• Zeus

• 45 cm × 30 cm • Icarus
• 35 cm × 35 cm • Medusa
• 35 cm × 35 cm • Winged Victory
• 45 cm × 30 cm

Simply scaling the artwork won’t do; each design needs its stitch density recalculated so coverage stays even and no open gaps appear. Feel free to reduce or merge tiny, high-detail regions if that helps preserve an overall clean, high-quality finish—getting a professional-looking final sew-out is more important to me than retaining every micro-detail.

You’ll receive the original DST files. Please return:

• New DST files at the exact sizes above, with densities balanced for common 40-wt thread and medium-weight stabiliser • A quick screen grab or PDF run-sheet of each design’s stitch simulation so I can preview density and sequence before production

When you send your proposal, outline the software you’ll use (Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse, etc.), how you check densities, and any test-sew process you rely on.
