Monthly Podcast Highlight Reel Editing

From a webinar-style podcast every month, we need three short highlight reels compiled and polished each month. Each reel should run about 60 seconds, favour a minimalistic edit that keeps the focus on the conversation, and be ready to share natively on Youtube, social ads and reels.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind: after I deliver the raw recording, and key moment time stampa, you tidy the in-and-out points, add clean closed captions (burned in and separate.srt), clean up the layout from recorded screen to three talking heads from the pod cast. Then finish with a branded outro. I’ll supply the logo, colour values, fonts, and guidance on tone; you can suggest the best way to feature them so the clips feel polished and authoritative and the outro feels consistent yet not intrusive.

I’m happy with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever lets you move fastest while keeping quality high. Turnaround is one week from receiving the source files, and as soon as each reel is approved we can queue the next.

Deliverables each month: • 3 edited highlight videos (1 min, 1080 × 1080 or 1920 × 1080 as needed) • Burned-in captions + separate.srt for each • Final file in.mp4 (H.264) plus project file
