Solar Air Heater Fluent Analysis

Project-Based

Description

I need a full ANSYS Fluent simulation of my solar air heater that zeroes-in on its thermal performance. Your model should capture temperature, pressure, and velocity distributions throughout the duct while demonstrating a solid mesh-independence check so I can trust the numbers. I can provid the CAD model of the same.

Once the run is complete, I’ll be looking for clear, well-labeled contours and the corresponding plots that translate the raw data into insight: temperature fields that show hot-spot behaviour, pressure contours that highlight potential losses, and velocity profiles that confirm uniform flow.

Deliverables I expect: • The working Fluent case and data files, together with mesh files for each refinement level used in the independence study. • Graphs exported in editable PDF or Excel showing the key variations across the flow domain. • A concise report (Word or PDF) outlining setup assumptions, boundary conditions, turbulence model choice, mesh metrics, residual histories, and the conclusions you draw from the results.

If you already work comfortably with ANSYS CFX or OpenFOAM, mention it—but Fluent is mandatory for the final delivery. I’m ready to share geometry and operating conditions as soon as we start; let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions you have about the heater layout.
