Logo Design for Haulage Company

We are looking for a Professional Designer to create a unique, clean and bold Logo for our UK-based Haulage and Logistics Company:

Dhaliwal Freightways Ltd (Also known as 'Dhaliwal Freightways' and 'DFL').

This is not a Brand-New Business, we have been trading since 2021, providing:

• General Haulage.
• Curtainside Deliveries (Same-Day/Next-Day).
• Traction Work
• Freight Forwarding Services

What we need:

• A completely original Logo (No templates or reused concepts).
• A design that is tailored to our company name.
• Clean, professional, and easy to read/recognise from a distance.

The logo must be suitable for:

• Trucks and Trailers (MOST IMPORTANT)
• Documents, Email, and Future Website.

OPTIONAL

• Mockups (Preferred If Possible)

A key part of this project is visualising the logo on vehicles. Please provide:

• Realistic Mockups on a Volvo FH Truck.
• Mockups on a Curtainside Trailer (Side-View or 3D View/Render of both Truck and Trailer attached)

The reason for this is simple: I find it difficult to choose between Logo Concepts. Seeing the Logo applied to a Truck and Trailer will help me clearly decide which design works best in real-world use. The final decision will be based heavily on how the logo looks on the Truck and Trailer, as it needs to suit our Vehicle Branding strategy more than applying the Logo under Email Signature, Documents, Websites, etc.

Design Direction

• No fixed idea or concept, open to creativity.
• Please take inspiration from haulage and logistics companies globally.
• Focus on clarity, strength, and professionalism.

Colours:

• No strict preference, open to your suggestions.

What we value in a designer

• Experience in making Logos, preferably for Transport/Logistics/Vehicle Branding.
• Ability to create realistic Mockups (not basic overlays).
• Strong portfolio showing clean, practical designs.

Budget

• This project is set at a fixed budget, however: We are open to increasing the budget slightly, if necessary, for the right Designer with strong experience and high-quality mockups.

Additional Notes

• Please include relevant portfolio examples (especially vehicle branding if available).
