Real-Time Multi-Market Candlestick Website

Project-Based

Description

I want to launch a browser-based charting site that feels as smooth and responsive as GoCharting but is focused on one essential feature: live candlestick visualisation. The charts must update in real time while pulling data simultaneously from three sources—stock market feeds, leading cryptocurrency exchanges, and major Forex markets—so visitors can switch between asset classes without leaving the page.

Key expectations • A clean, fast-loading interface that streams price data continuously and redraws each candlestick as new ticks arrive. • Server-side connections or reliable WebSocket bridges to the chosen stock, crypto, and FX providers (you may suggest the best APIs). • Standard chart interactions such as zoom, pan, interval selection, and basic overlays (volume, moving average) implemented in a modular way so further studies or even line/bar chart types can be added later. • Fully responsive layout that works on desktop and mobile browsers. • Clear, well-commented source code plus a short deployment guide so I can re-deploy or scale the service.

Acceptance criteria

  1. When I open the site and select any supported market, the first candle renders within three seconds.
  2. Price updates are reflected on screen with a maximum two-second delay from the data source.
  3. Switching between asset classes never requires a page refresh.
  4. Code passes an inline review and installs cleanly on a fresh server using the instructions you include.
