Description

I run a compact auditing practice in White Town, Pondicherry and I’m looking for an office assistant who can keep our daily administration smooth and organised. Most of your time will be spent on routine back-office support—updating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, drafting letters in Word, replying to emails, printing statements, and keeping physical files in order. Every now and then a client may drop by with documents, so you should feel comfortable greeting visitors and handing over receipts or photocopies when required, but client contact remains occasional rather than constant.

Basic system literacy is all I need; if you can navigate Windows, work confidently in Microsoft Office, and send well-formatted emails, you’re the right fit. Fresh graduates are welcome, and I’m happy to walk you through our in-house procedures so long as you bring a willingness to learn and an eye for detail.

The position is entirely on-site at my White Town office, Monday to Saturday.
