Zoho Books + WordPress Integration (Multi-Society Accounting Dashboard / Member Portal System)

Project Overview: We are building a complete web-based system integrating Zoho Books with WordPress for managing multiple housing societies.

The system includes:

  • Admin Panel (Credfico.com)

  • Society Manager Panel

  • Customer (Member) Portal with OTP We already have:

  • Active Zoho Books API access

  • WordPress website (credfico.com)

  • Partially developed system

USER ROLES & ACCESS (CORE REQUIREMENT)

  1. Credfico Manager (Society Admin)
  • Access to ALL societies

  • Full control over:

  • Reports

  • Users

  • Approvals

  • Scheduler

  • Can view all Zoho organization data

  1. Society Manager
  • Access only to assigned society

  • Can:

  • View reports (Outstanding, Defaulter, etc.)

  • Send reminders (Email / WhatsApp)

  • Approve member requests (initial level)

  • Initiate member data updates

  1. Customer (Society Member)
  • via OTP (mobile number)
  • Mobile number fetched from Zoho Books
  • No password system

CUSTOMER PORTAL FEATURES

After, member can:

View Data

  • Outstanding balance (with payment option)
  • Invoice history
  • Payment history
  • Account statement

Download

  • Invoices
  • Statement (PDF)

Raise Requests

  • Passport NOC
  • Domicile NOC
  • Other NOC requests

Profile Requests

  • Mobile number change request (no direct edit allowed)

MOBILE CHANGE FLOW (IMPORTANT LOGIC)

  1. Member submits mobile change request
  2. Request goes to Society Manager
  3. Society Manager reviews and forwards
  4. Final approval goes to Credfico Admin via email
  5. Once approved:
  • Mobile number updated in Zoho Books via API
  • Reflected in WordPress system

  • PHP, REST API
  • Cron Jobs / Scheduling
  • OTP system
  • WhatsApp API integration
