Description

I run a creative and growth operation working with fashion and lifestyle brands, and I’m looking for a high‑level individual operator who can own day‑to‑day marketing execution and revenue growth for DTC fashion brands on Shopify. This is not a task‑only role. I want someone who understands how to build, optimize, and run a full growth engine across channels.

You should be comfortable working across:

Go‑to‑market strategy and launch plans for monthly product drops (timelines, hooks, offers, channel mix).

Email and lifecycle marketing in tools like Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, winback, post‑purchase).

Social content planning and posting cadence (Instagram / TikTok calendars, launch content and evergreen content).

Shopify updates (PDP optimization, banners, product uploads, collection pages, on‑site promos).

Influencer outreach and coordination (shortlisting, seeding, follow‑ups, tracking deliverables and content usage).

Coordinating new ad creatives for a media buying team (briefing, asset needs, angles, and iterations).

Reporting and analytics (weekly/monthly views on performance, using tools like Triple Whale / GA4 or similar).

What I’m specifically looking for:

An individual operator, not an agency. You own strategy and execution, and can manage light freelancer support if needed.

Proven experience with DTC fashion or lifestyle brands, ideally with frequent product drops.

Strong ownership mindset: you can audit, prioritize, create a 30‑day execution plan, and then run it without hand‑holding.

Comfortable working inside Shopify, Klaviyo, and standard analytics tools; able to communicate clearly with brands and media buyers.
