Netlify Speed & Feature Audit

I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my Netlify-hosted site. Right now loading speed is my top priority and, besides deploying the project, I haven’t done any real optimisation work yet—no image compression, no code splitting, no CDN tweaks beyond Netlify’s defaults. On top of that speed pass, I also want reassurance that every visitor interaction behaves exactly as intended: the contact and signup forms must submit flawlessly, the navigation menus should feel snappy on desktop and mobile, and the few third-party integrations I rely on need to stay stable throughout any performance changes you make.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Audit the current build and produce a quick snapshot of key performance metrics (LCP, CLS, TTI, etc.) • Implement and document optimisation steps directly in the repo or through Netlify’s configuration (e.g. asset minification, lazy loading, redirects, environment flags) • Verify and, if needed, debug the forms, navigation menus and existing external services after the speed work is done • Hand over a concise report detailing what you changed, why it helped, and the before-vs-after numbers so I can track progress

No legacy stack constraints—whatever modern tooling (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, React profiler, GitHub Actions, Netlify plugins) you prefer is fine as long as the end result is a visibly faster, fully functional site.
