Proportional Valve Amplifier PCB Design for Industrial Application
Description
I am looking for electronics designer with relevant experience in industrial PCBs (24VDC) and the relevant protection circuits. The goal is to design a PCB to control one proportional valve amplifier through a current-controlled method and 5 regular valves through normal on/off mode. The emphasis is on handling the protections and safety elements needed for an industrial design and properly documenting the design choices. You must have previous experience knowing how to address the topics of ESD, surges, transients, short-circuit, miswiring and thermal dissipation.
The PCB should be relatively simple for someone with the proper experience. Please share details of previous projects you may have done that were used for industrial/cabinet installation. The PCB should ideally be done in KiCAD using standard components available from JLCPCB, but that is not a hard requirement.
A fully detailed specifications and additional details are provided in attachment, please read carefully before bidding. The job is split into 3 milestones to be able to verify you know what you are doing before moving forward, so please apply with the amount from 1st milestone only and in your proposal list the amount and time required for each milestone. I need someone who is available to start working on this project right away and I would expect the 1st milestone to be done within a few days.
This could lead to many other projects and opportunities if this project turns out well.
