Annual Activity Highlight Reel Creation

All the raw material is ready for you—I have the recorded voice-over, folders of photos and video clips, a full program list with dates, and YouTube links covering every initiative we ran last year. What I need now is a polished 3-to-5-minute highlight reel that stitches these assets together into a clear, energetic story of our year.

Here’s the flow I’m envisioning: • Sync the existing voice-over to a concise timeline that hits every major event chronologically. • Cut in the strongest footage and photos for each program, adding simple lower-third titles or date tags where helpful. • Layer upbeat background music underneath the VO—duck the track where the narration needs extra clarity. • Use smooth transitions, subtle motion graphics, and light color correction so the final piece feels cohesive without looking over-produced.

Deliverables:

1. Final video in 1080p H.264 (.mp4) plus a high-quality source file.

Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune pacing or swap any shots that don’t land. All assets will be shared via a cloud drive the moment we kick off, and I’m happy to answer any creative questions along the way.
