Modern Florida Residences Visualization

I’m preparing a new single-family community patterned after the resort‐style neighborhoods around ChampionsGate, Solterra and Margaritaville located in Florida. To secure investors and entice early buyers I need a complete visual package that captures the same vacation-at-home vibe while keeping the architecture strictly Modern Contemporary.

The work starts with concept floor plans and elevations, then moves into fully detailed 3-D modeling. From there I’ll require high-resolution renderings and a seamless, photorealistic walk-through that can be viewed on desktop and mobile. Think Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine or an equivalent toolset—whatever you use, the result must feel as real as standing on the lot.

Key design cues I must see: • Expansive, clean-lined façades with large windows • Integrated outdoor living areas that blur inside and out • A signature resort-style swimming pool for each home • Lush yet easy-to-maintain landscaping that frames the architecture

Deliverables • PDF and DWG floor plans & elevations ready for permitting • Native 3-D model files plus OBJ/FBX export • Minimum six photoreal stills (day and dusk) per residence • A smooth 2–3 minute walk-through video (1080p) showcasing exterior, interior flow and amenity spaces

I’ll provide lot dimensions, HOA guidelines and reference imagery once we start.
