African-Themed Taekwondo Medal Design
Description
I’m commissioning the official medal for the 2026 African Taekwondo Championships and want the piece to celebrate African culture first and foremost—patterns, symbols, or storytelling elements that instantly read as proudly African the moment an athlete lifts it. The sporting aspect can stay understated; the priority is a design that showcases the continent’s identity while remaining elegant and manufacturable.
The schedule is tight, so I’d like to move from concept sketches to a production-ready file as soon as possible. When you respond, please focus on the experience you have that is directly relevant to medal, coin, or award creation rather than sending a general portfolio. If you’ve taken a design all the way from ideation through to mould-ready artwork before, highlight that process expertise.
Final deliverables should include high-resolution artwork and a vector or pdf file suitable for die striking or casting, plus any colour references or Pantone codes used. The sooner we can lock in the winning concept, the better, so let me know how quickly you can start and what timeframe you’ll need to bring the medal to life.
