Leadership Role-Play Scenario Writer

I’m developing a corporate learning module focused on leadership training and need original, role-playing scenarios that push managers to practise real-time decision-making. Each scenario should feel authentic to a modern workplace, present a clear dilemma, and force the learner to weigh options under pressure before committing to an action.

Here’s what I’m after: • 6-8 concise yet immersive role-play scripts (5–7 minutes each) written in plain English • A branching structure so different decisions lead to different outcomes, showcasing both productive and poor choices • Brief character back-stories and setting cues that facilitators can hand to participants on the spot • A facilitator guide explaining the objective of each scene, the critical decision points, and suggested debrief questions to lock in learning

Every piece must reinforce decisive leadership, showing how clear choices, quick analysis of limited data, and ownership of results drive team performance. While the core skill is decision-making, it’s fine if elements of communication or conflict resolution surface naturally—as long as the storyline keeps decision-making at the forefront.
