I’m looking for a professional video editor for an ongoing collaboration editing 40 vertical videos per month (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).

Content industries include:

Restaurants

Hair salons

Beauty salons / spas

Other local businesses (multiple sectors)

Requirements (must-have):

Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Fast-paced, clean editing (good rhythm, cuts, music, smooth transitions)

Subtitles/captions when needed (accurate and well-reviewed)

Effects and motion graphics when appropriate (professional, not overdone)

Proper exports for social media (1080x1920, H.264, etc.)

Typical deliverables per video:

Basic audio cleaning + volume leveling

Basic color correction if needed

Captions/titles when required

Visual enhancements (zoom/crops, b-roll if applicable, on-screen elements)

1 revision round included

Work volume & continuity:

40 videos/month

Long-term opportunity if quality and deadlines are met

Budget:

Month 1: $7 per video (to start and validate quality/workflow)

If the work is solid and deadlines are met, Month 2: $10 per video (same volume)
