Cross-Platform App, Secure Full-Stack Web

I’m planning a single, integrated build that covers a cross-platform mobile application and a full-stack website, both wrapped in a clean UI/UX and hardened with solid cyber-security practices. For the app I want one codebase that ships smoothly to iOS, Android and Windows stores. On the web side I’ll need everything from database architecture through to a responsive front end, with a consistent visual language across all screens.

You are free to recommend the framework mix—Flutter, React Native, Ionic, Next.js, Node, Django, Laravel, or anything you trust—so long as the result is maintainable and well-documented. What matters most is that the mobile and web experiences feel native, load quickly, and follow modern accessibility guidelines.

Because security is a must, every component should be developed with OWASP best practices in mind. I will ask XXXX XXXX threat modeling upfront and a final penetration-test report before sign-off.

Deliverables • Cross-platform mobile app (iOS, Android, Windows) ready for store submission • Full-stack web application, deployed to my hosting environment • High-fidelity UI/UX prototypes and exported design assets • Source code in a private Git repo with commit history • Security documentation: threat model, test scripts, and pen-test results
