The Opportunity: Growth-First Collaboration We are seeking a dedicated Freelancer (Tech Graduate preferred) based in the USA, EU, or Philippines to lead our video content front. This role is designed for someone who understands technical concepts and can translate them into high-impact visual stories for LinkedIn, GitHub, and global social media platforms.

The Collaboration Model We believe in rewarding the people who help us build. Our compensation structure is designed for long-term mutual success:

Base Upfront Payment: $5/hr (Initial base to cover production time).

Performance Commissions: Earn a percentage of every enrollment generated through our collaborative marketing efforts. (Commission as per Ur Convenience, upto 50%)

Scalability: As our student base grows in the USA, EU, SG, and NZ, your "per-video" and "per-enrollment" incentives scale alongside the company's revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing Tech Content Creation: Developing engaging video trailers, course snippets, and "Day in the Life of a Dev" style content for our LinkedIn Company Page.

GitHub Visuals: Creating README videos and technical walkthroughs that resonate with the developer community.

Global Outreach: Tailoring content to appeal to fresh Tech Graduates across different time zones and cultures.

Strategic Input: Collaborating directly with the founders to refine our brand voice and marketing hooks.

The Ideal Profile Technical Background: A degree in CS, IT, or Engineering is highly preferred. You should know what a pull request is and why "Clean Code" matters.

Creative Execution: Proficient in video editing and storytelling. You know how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you want to be part of a tech startup’s growth story.

Reliable & Long-Term Focused: We are looking for a partner for the next 12–24 months, not 2 weeks.
