Classic Gold-Silver Parchment Border

I’m preparing a parchment piece that will feature hand-written calligraphic phrases in the centre, and I need a classic border designed AND HAND PAINTED to frame that blank space. The style should evoke traditional manuscript illumination—elegant, balanced and unmistakably historic—rendered in a royal, antique palette of gold and silver. Ornate flourishes and gentle geometric repeats are welcome so long as the composition remains refined rather than crowded.

I will supply exact page dimensions and the size of the open writing area; please keep that area completely clear. Once the measurements are confirmed, I’ll need the artwork painted with oil or acrylic or anything that works well on (calf) parchment.
