Professional Brochure Design

I need a fresh, visually striking brochure created from the ground up and want someone who lives inside Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. After Effects skills are a plus because I may spin this same artwork into short motion teasers for social later, so an eye toward how the layout could animate will earn extra points.

The immediate task is a brochure design—content and rough outline are ready; what’s missing is the polished, cohesive look that tells our story at a glance. I’m open on the fold style and will choose bi-fold, tri-fold, or even a small booklet once I see initial concepts, so feel free to recommend the best format for the narrative flow.
