Duplicate Concave Acrylic Boat Windshield

I have an acrylic boat windshield measuring roughly 40" wide by 16" high at the center. It carries a smooth concave curve and includes pre-drilled mounting holes. The original is intact enough to serve as a template, and I can ship it—or a precise paper trace—so you can match the curvature, hole spacing, and edge profile exactly.

I need a replacement formed from clear marine-grade acrylic, polished for optical clarity, holes pre-drilled, and edges finished smooth so I can bolt it straight back onto the boat without any additional work. If you regularly thermoform acrylic or fabricate windshields for marine or powersport use, this should feel familiar.
