Description

I have dozens of bite-sized text descriptions scattered across emails, notes, and different files. I need all of them gathered into a single Excel workbook so I can turn the material into formal documentation later.

Here is what I’m after: • Copy every short description into Excel, one entry per row. • Add a clear “Topic” column and group related items under the same topic so the sheet can be filtered or sorted easily. • Preserve all original wording and punctuation—no rewriting or summarising. • Return a clean, well-formatted.xlsx file with freeze-panes, simple filters enabled, and no blank rows.

I’ll provide the raw snippets in whichever format is easiest for you (Word, plain text, or pasted directly into the message thread). Once you’ve compiled everything, I’ll do a quick spot-check; if any items are missing or mis-categorised, I’ll send you notes for one revision.
