Description
I need a hands-on recruiter who can take full ownership of our entry-level hiring pipeline—from finding the right talent to making sure every new hire feels welcome on day one. Your day will start with proactive sourcing: tapping LinkedIn Recruiter, university job boards, and niche communities to build a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Once we move a candidate forward, you will schedule interviews, keep feedback flowing in our ATS, and guide managers so the process stays quick but thorough. After offers go out, I’ll rely on you to run the onboarding checklist: drafting offer letters, coordinating background checks, collecting paperwork, and setting up the first-week agenda in our HRIS.
Beyond hiring, I have a mix of recurring administrative tasks—updating employee records, tracking key metrics, and preparing simple weekly reports for leadership. I’m open to refining these duties together as the workload evolves, but accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
Deliverables • A consistently updated pipeline of entry-level candidates that meets weekly hiring goals • Smooth onboarding for each new hire, completed no later than their start date • Clear, concise weekly status reports summarizing pipeline health and administrative milestones
Success will be measured by time-to-fill, candidate experience feedback, and the completeness of onboarding documentation.
