I need help turning our current Human Resources policies into a streamlined employee handbook whose main purpose is to outline company policies clearly for every team member. The source material already exists, but it is scattered across several outdated documents.

Your role is to gather those existing files, spot gaps or contradictions, modernise the language, and lay everything out in a single, well-organised handbook that is easy for employees to search—preferably in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats so we can revise or circulate it as needed. Familiarity with standard HR frameworks and up-to-date employment-law requirements will be essential because we want the finished version to remain compliant without losing our culture’s friendly tone.

Deliverables: • A brief change log that shows what was revised, merged, or removed

I’ll supply the current policy documents and branding guidelines once we start. If you have questions about any policy area or need executive input at certain checkpoints, just flag it early so we can keep the project moving smoothly.
