In practical terms you’ll monitor incoming messages, identify or request the details required to lock in meetings, propose and confirm times, send calendar invites, and file the conversation so I can see a clean, up-to-date thread at a glance. When conflicting requests appear, I’ll rely on you to spot them early, negotiate alternatives, and keep my calendar accurate to the minute.

Success means my inbox stays orderly, every meeting request receives a timely, professional reply, and my calendar reflects the final agreed slots without double-booking.
