UI/UX Designer for Swimwear Brand's E-Store
Description
Seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft the complete digital experience for our brand. We are building a high-end online presence that merges a premium apparel storefront with an exclusive, gated membership portal.
We are not looking for a standard, out-of-the-box template design. We need a visionary who understands modern fashion aesthetics, visual storytelling, and seamless user journeys. Your final design files will be handed off to our backend development team to be implemented into our custom membership software (aMember Pro) and payment gateway.
Key Deliverables (Screens to be Designed): You will be responsible for deg both the public-facing storefront and the private membership flows, including mobile-responsive versions of each:
• The Public Storefront: Home page, immersive lookbooks/campaign pages, and highly converting single-product pages.
• The Conversion Flow: A sleek, frictionless shopping cart and checkout page that builds trust.
• The Membership Portal: * Registration/Signup pages highlighting different VIP tiers. • A clean, secure-looking screen.
• The logged-in User Dashboard (where members manage their subscriptions, view exclusive content, and update billing).
• Password Reset and "Access Denied" error states.
Core Responsibilities: • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD.
• Develop a cohesive digital design system (typography, color palettes, button states, and micro-interactions) that aligns with premium brand identity.
• Optimize the user journey to minimize cart abandonment and maximize membership signups.
• Organize and prepare design files meticulously so our full-stack developer can easily extract assets and CSS variables for the front-end build. Required Skills & Experience:
• A world-class portfolio showcasing premium, luxury, or streetwear e-commerce web design.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, specifically regarding conversion rate optimization (CRO) and frictionless checkout flows.
• Experience deg user dashboards and gated membership areas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the "why" behind your design decisions. • (Bonus) Understanding of how frontend designs integrate with backend membership systems.
