Python Developer Needed: ClickUp → WhatsApp Business Integration

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to build a custom application that integrates ClickUp task management with multiple WhatsApp Business numbers. The application should automatically notify users about their assigned tasks and send daily reminders of incomplete tasks via WhatsApp.

Key Features

1. Task Notifications

• When a task XXXX XXXX in ClickUp and assigned to a user, send a WhatsApp message to that user’s business number.
• Message must include: Task Title, Status, Due Date, and Description.

1. Daily Reminders

• At 10 AM daily (time/frequency configurable), send reminders of all incomplete tasks.
• Each task XXXX XXXX sent as a separate WhatsApp message.

1. User Configuration

• Maintain a config file (JSON/YAML) mapping user names to WhatsApp numbers.
• Easy to add, remove, or update users.

1. Task XXXX XXXX

• Completed tasks should not be included in reminders.

1. Cloud Deployment

• Application must run 24×7 on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Open Questions

• Which sender name/number will appear in WhatsApp messages?
