I’m putting together a series of short, tip-style tutorials that break down the core cooking techniques behind authentic Kerala cuisine. Each video will be aimed at home cooks who already feel comfortable in the kitchen yet want to master regional skills—think tempering spices for sambar, perfecting coconut-based gravies, or achieving the right texture in puttu.

Here is what I need from you: • 6–8 snack-able clips, ideally 45–60 seconds each, shot in vertical format so I can repurpose them for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. • On-screen steps and concise voice-over or captions that clearly explain the why as much as the how. • Clean, appetising close-ups, steady overheads, and a final plated reveal for every technique. • Light background music, sound-effect hits where helpful, and color grading that makes the spices pop without looking artificial. • Delivery of the mastered MP4 files plus the project files (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is fine) so I can tweak text or subtitles later.

I’ll supply a shot list, written talking points, and kitchen footage references. You handle filming (or high-quality stock where appropriate), editing, and motion graphics for lower thirds and ingredient callouts.

Acceptance criteria

1. Each video holds attention for the full duration—no dead air, jump cuts on action.
2. Instructions are accurate to traditional Kerala practice.
3. Captions free of typos; audio balanced for mobile playback.
4. Final files delivered in 1080×1920 and 4K versions plus project source.
