Comedic Friend Face Swap

NEEDS TO BE DONE IN THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

I have two short AI-generated clips (6 seconds and 10 seconds) and I want to replace the on-screen performer’s face with my freind's face and my face. The goal is simple: when people watch, they should laugh and immediately recognise my friend—even if the blend looks a little artificial. Believability matters only up to the point where their features are clear; a mildly “deep-fake” vibe is perfectly fine.

You’ll receive both source videos plus several photos of my friend and me. I’m not certain how “high quality” those images really are, so I may need your advice on whether to retouch, upscale, or shoot a few extras for cleaner tracking.
