Travel Concierge Website Development

We’re building a website for a boutique ultra-luxury travel concierge operating exclusively in the Maldives — and need an experienced developer to bring it to life.

The centrepiece of the site is a curated resort directory showcasing our handpicked portfolio of properties. Each resort page needs to load fast, display rich imagery, detailed amenities, and location context, and be straightforward for us to expand as our portfolio grows.

Beyond the resort directory, we need: ∙ A blog for destination insight, resort spotlights, and travel guidance ∙ An enquiry and itinerary request flow — guests should be able to submit bespoke travel requests and save itinerary inspirations ∙ An AI concierge assistant embedded across the site for instant Q&A, resort recommendations, and itinerary suggestions

Design & Aesthetic The site should feel like the digital equivalent of arriving somewhere exceptional — unhurried, considered, and visually immersive. We want the restraint of a world-class destination property: generous whitespace, full-bleed photography, and typography that carries weight without demanding attention. Warm, intimate, and editorially confident — nothing stark, nothing cold. The experience should feel like it was made for someone who already knows what they want.

AI Concierge This is not a generic chatbot. We want an AI assistant that draws directly from our resort content — amenities, experiences, location detail, and curated recommendations — so every response feels specific to our company, not broadly Maldivian. We’re looking for a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setup that uses our own content as its knowledge base, paired with a leading model such as GPT-4o or Claude. The tone must be lockable to our brand voice, and the assistant should be able to escalate seamlessly to a human when a query warrants personal attention.
