Facebook-Instagram Content Manager

I’m looking for ongoing help keeping my Facebook and Instagram pages active, fresh, and genuinely engaging. Your main focus will be creating the actual content—eye-catching images or graphics, short-form videos, and concise written captions that speak in my brand’s voice—and then jumping into the comments and DMs to keep conversations flowing.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: each week you propose post ideas that fit our goals, turn those ideas into polished creative assets, and once approved, publish them through Creator Studio or any scheduler you prefer. After the posts go live you’ll monitor reactions, answer questions, and nudge the discussion forward so the community feels heard.
Deliverables I need to see every week: • A mini content plan outlining post concepts for both platforms • Finished visuals or videos sized correctly for feed, Stories, or Reels as appropriate • Captions with relevant hashtags and calls to action • A brief engagement summary noting common questions, sentiment, and any opportunities you spot
If you already work comfortably in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools—and you enjoy the back-and-forth of social interaction—you’ll be a great fit.
