Fix Entra Sync & OWA Signatures

A hybrid environment, on-prem and Azure connected, all emails on exchange online. Two issues:

1. Deleted all devices from Entra to resync only active on-prem devices when synced. No devices appear in entra and when manually tried to join then it give error
2.
