This isn’t just about posting content — we want someone who understands strategy, conversion, and how to turn attention into sales.

What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and growing our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Creating engaging, high-converting content (posts, reels, short-form video) Planning and executing content strategies aligned with business goals Analysing performance and optimising for growth and engagement Staying on top of trends and leveraging them quickly Working closely with our team to push campaigns and product launches

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience growing social media accounts Strong understanding of content that converts (not just looks good) Ability to create or direct high-quality content Knowledge of analytics, trends, and audience behaviour Self-driven, reliable, and focused on results Experience with eCommerce brands is a big plus
