Article Writing International Relations

I need a well-researched article. I need to get published in Scopus in the field of international relations. I have five months in total, and I estimate that writing the article itself will take about 20–25 days. I have found two journals so far. 7000 words, should combine quantitative and qualitative methods. These journals publish three issues a year, and each issue contains only 3–4 articles. So far I have not found any other journals, so I am open to any suggestions, but I definitely need a publication. The article must clearly demonstrate both quantitative and qualitative skills.
