Industrial Site Facilities Management Team

I’m putting together a full-service facilities management team for an active industrial site. The scope is broad: daily cleaning and maintenance, round-the-clock security coverage, and reliable on-site technical support for our production equipment and building systems.

Cleaning & Maintenance Our production floors must be kept spotless and safe. That means routine floor cleaning across all work areas, scheduled waste management that meets our environmental guidelines, and hands-on equipment maintenance to minimise downtime. You’ll supply the personnel, tools and proven processes to make this happen without disrupting operations.

Security The site operates 24/7, so I need guards who can manage access control, patrol high-value zones, and coordinate incident response alongside our internal HSE team. Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems is a plus.

Technical Support When machines, HVAC or electrical systems falter, we can’t afford long delays. You’ll provide technicians who can diagnose faults quickly, carry out first-line repairs, and escalate major issues to specialist contractors when needed. Experience with industrial automation and basic PLC troubleshooting will set you apart.
