QA Testing: Home Health Web App

I need an experienced QA professional to put my web-based Home Health Care Management application through its paces.

Scope of work • Functional testing

• confirm every workflow, form, report and notification behaves exactly as designed across modern browsers. • Usability testing
• surface friction points for nurses, administrators and family members so we can refine the UX before launch. • Security testing
• probe authentication, role permissions and data transmission to ensure HIPAA-level protection. *Perform manual testing of all core features: EVV clock-in/out (GPS + geofencing), patient lookup and profiles, clinical documentation, voice input, signature capture, offline mode + sync, dashboard, and navigation. *Test usability, flow, edge cases, and error handling — especially in low-connectivity scenarios. Verify that the app feels premium, intuitive, and stress-free for field nurses (focus on ease of use and luxury experience). *Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, and suggested improvements. *Retest fixes after each iteration. *Provide general feedback on UI/UX polish.
