I need a clean, easy-to-navigate mobile app that gives every employee instant access to everything they might need to know about our company and lets them talk to each other in one place.

Core content to build into the app: • Step-by-step “How to do X” and “How to do Y” guides • A clear “How to report issues” workflow tied to the right contacts

Internal messaging must feel as seamless as any modern chat tool. It needs: • Group chats so teams can collaborate in dedicated rooms • File sharing for quick exchange of docs, images, and PDFs • Robust message search functionality so no one loses important info
