- Job Posting & Sourcing Post job openings on multiple hiring platforms such as: Naukri Indeed Freelancer Fiverr Upwork Internshala WorkIndia LinkedIn Apna JobHai
Ensure job descriptions are accurate, clear, and match with company requirements. Regularly check for new applications on job postings and connect with candidates
Candidate Screening & Shortlisting Review incoming applications from all platforms. Evaluate candidates based on: Skills match Experience Communication ability Shortlist candidates who meet the defined criteria. Maintain a structured record in Google Sheets.
Candidate Communication Contact shortlisted candidates via call, WhatsApp. Explain job role, responsibilities, salary (if applicable), and expectations. Address candidate queries professionally. Ensure proper follow-ups with interested candidates.
Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and Senior HR. Share interview details (date, time) with candidates. Send reminders before the interview. Update interview status in the tracking sheet.
Candidate Tracking & Documentation Maintain and update the Google Sheet with: Candidate details Application status (Applied, Shortlisted, Interview Scheduled, Selected, Rejected) Resume links Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Post-Selection Coordination Inform selected candidates about next steps. Assist in onboarding process (if required). Collect necessary documents from selected candidates.
Daily Reporting & Monitoring Take daily work updates from hired candidates. Monitor their performance and task completion. Report progress/issues to Senior HR or management.
Data Organization (Google Sheets)
Performance Expectations High accuracy in shortlisting. Proper communication and professionalism. Consistent updates and reporting.
