Description

I need a voice-driven bot that plugs straight into our existing telephony system and automatically confirms banking transactions, specifically money transfers. When a customer initiates a transfer, the bot should place an outbound call, greet the customer by name, read back the transfer details, capture a simple spoken confirmation or denial, and write the result to our back-end API in real time.

Core expectations • Seamless SIP or Twilio Voice integration with our current phone infrastructure • Natural-language flow in English that covers greeting, confirmation, denial, and fallback to live agent • Secure handling of account and transfer data; PCI-compliant storage of call recordings • Webhook or REST callback that posts the customer’s response (confirmed / cancelled / no response) back to our system • Configuration dashboard or editable JSON/YAML so we can tweak prompts without code changes • Comprehensive test cases and a short hand-off guide

I am open to whichever speech-to-text and TTS engines you prefer (Google, Amazon, Azure, or an on-prem alternative) as long as latency is low and the voice sounds human. Future phases may expand the bot to balance inquiries or even loan applications, so please build with modularity in mind.
