I'm looking to develop an image classifier model to detect and classify patient ventilator asynchrony events, specifically trigger asynchrony, cycle asynchrony, and flow asynchrony.

Currently, I don't have any data for training the model. I need to generate synthetic waveforms using a combination of mathematical models and rule-based algorithms.

Key Requirements:

  • Generate synthetic waveforms for training
  • Use a combination of mathematical models and rule-based algorithms
  • Classify three types of asynchrony events: trigger, cycle, and flow

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with synthetic data generation
  • Knowledge of image classification and machine learning
