Description

I need a reliable partner who can take two key areas off my plate: 1) social media marketing and 2) day-to-day transaction management.

On the marketing side you’ll shape our presence on the major platforms, plan a consistent posting calendar and publish content that matches our brand voice. I’ll supply product information, imagery and access to our accounts; you turn that into scroll-stopping posts and the short “transaction-focused” pieces of content I flagged in the brief.

While those campaigns run, I also need you to oversee basic transaction workflows—tracking orders as they move through our system, double-checking that each purchase is logged correctly and following up on any discrepancies. Accuracy and quick communication with me are essential here; the marketing looks good only if the back-end numbers line up.

Deliverables

  • Four-week social calendar with ready-to-post copy and graphics
  • Ongoing publishing & community monitoring during that period
  • A shared tracker showing every sale/return with status notes, updated daily
