I need a light yet meticulous polish applied to a set of professional headshots that will be featured on my LinkedIn profile. The shots are already well-framed, so your focus will be on subtle skin retouching—removing minor blemishes, evening tone, and smoothing texture without producing a plastic look—followed by balanced color correction to achieve a crisp, consistent corporate feel across every image.

Please work in Adobe Photoshop (Camera Raw and non-destructive layer workflow preferred) so I can request tweaks if needed. Backgrounds should remain untouched; I only want the subjects refined.
