I’m putting together a curated collection of dessert recipes and need help creating clear, kitchen-tested instructions focused exclusively on cakes and pastries.

Here’s what I’m after: • 15–20 original recipes for cakes, cupcakes, tarts, or puff-pastry treats • Each recipe written in standard format: ingredient list (metric and US), step-by-step method, prep / bake times, and yield • Brief chef’s tips for presentation or flavor variations • A short description (1–2 sentences) that captures the dessert’s appeal

Nice-to-have (but not required): basic, well-lit photos of the finished product or process shots.

Please deliver everything in an editable Google Doc or Word file so I can later adapt it for a blog or potential app. All content must be your own work—no copy-pasted text. If you’ve already developed signature cakes or pastries, feel free to showcase them here.
