This is an ideal role for a strong engineer who’s already spent a few years leading or managing teams and is now ready to take the next meaningful step in their leadership career.In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership: from guiding technical direction to developing people, shaping the roadmap, and delivering meaningful customer outcomes. 8+ years total Software engineering experience, including deg and delivering production systems
3+ years of Software engineering leadership, actually leading a team with reports (manager, lead, tech lead, or EM)

You understand how to balance technical quality with delivering customer value
You communicate with clarity and bring calm, confidence, and structure to ambiguity
